Policy on Cancellations - No Shows Early Departures and Reservations Changes Cancellations: All cancellation requests must be in writing to: Email: reservations@statecations.com Letter:   StateCations               P.O. Box 266               Bellefonte, PA 16823 Cancellations made prior to 30 days before arrival date listed in this letter are subject to an administrative fee of $25.00 per room. A refund of deposit, less fees, will be mailed by check no later than 10 business days of the cancellation request. If written cancellation request is received less than 30 days before printed arrival date on this letter, the entire deposit will be forfeited. No Show/Early Departure If guest arrives after 11:59 P.M. on the listed arrival date specified on this letter, unless arranged in advance, the host will consider the guest as a no-show, the remaining nights will be released and guest pre-payment forfeited. If guest arrives after the date specified or departs before the final date of the reservation, or if fewer guests than reserved arrive, the deposit is forfeited and the balance due remains the same. Early Departure If a guest departs before the listed departure date specified on this confirmation, the remaining nights will be released and guest pre-payment forfeited. Reservation Changes Changes (date of stay, length of stay, names, additional guests, etc.) may be made more than 30 days before arrival without penalty (except cancellation). If any change requests are made to the reservations within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date to reduce the number of people in the reservation or to reduce the length of stay, or should fewer guests arrive than reserved for, the advance payment is forfeited. Changes to extend the length of stay and quantity of guests staying are welcome and are based solely on availability.
